Our clients tell us that the lawyers at our firm are our greatest asset. We understand both the business realities client face as well as their legal implications – and see our work with them as both legal advisor and business consultant.

When we look to add to our firm, we focus on a combination of

• Character and academic credentials;
• Considerable practice area or career experience; and
• A strong level of commitment.

Ongoing training is critical to the success and development of each Levin Ginsburg lawyer. We emphasize attorney training by assigning a senior level supervisor to each lawyer. This allows attorneys to learn through hands-on experience while under the guidance and tutelage of an experienced member of the firm. This practice enables less experienced lawyers to appear in court, draft corporate documents, participate in depositions and communicate with clients.

All attorneys are also encouraged to join bar association groups, business associations and to attend continuing legal education seminars. Within the firm, we discuss interesting and new developments in the law at regularly scheduled practice group, transaction team and firm-wide attorney meetings. Associates are given prompt feedback directly from the attorneys with whom they work. In addition, we schedule at least one formal evaluation each year.
